Making the Call to Adam

As Adam submitted a bid in LA, I was told that I wouldn't be going home for a few days...I was finally going to have a baby. Yay! Right?

The news was a little bitter sweet. I was overdue by four days and the placenta was growing less and less capable of providing necessary oxygen to the baby. The baby wasn't fully dropped into position either, which constricted the baby each time I contracted and caused his heart rate to drop. The doctors recommendation was that I start a Pitocin drip and hope to have the birth naturally.

Adam arrived around 3:30 PM and away we went.

Before Adam came down he stopped by the house to get some stuff. He laughed when I asked him to make the bed and do the dishes before coming. Can't come home to dirty house right?
From Adam to Ethan:

Looking pretty relaxed for a guy about to walk into the great unknown.
Staying positive

Watching and waiting
